Hoist
Elevator
Our team specializes engineering and design of construction hoist and temporary elevator systems for projects of all sizes and complexities. With experience spanning more than 100 completed hoist installations throughout the country. We provide practical, field-driven solutions tailored to the unique challenges and requirements of each project site.
We design runback structures capable of supporting multiple hoist cars, including engineering custom tie systems, specialty dunnage platforms, transfer structures, support framing, and custom footing and foundation solutions designed to accomodate challenging site conditions and loading requirements.
From initial concept through final engineered drawings, our team works closely with contractors, hoist manufacturers, and field personnel to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible designs that meet project schedules and site constraints. Wthether the project requires a straightforward installation or a complex custom support system integrated into an active construction site, we provide responsive engineering support backed by extensive real-world hoist experience.

Scaffold
Supported scaffold design is a core part of our temporary works engineering practice, focused on providing safe and efficient access solutions for construction. We approach each scaffold design with an emphasis on real-world constructability, site constraints, and compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
Our experience includes a wide array of supported scaffold systems such as pipe scaffold, systems scaffold, ringlock scaffold. We routinely develop engineered solutions for both basic and highly complicated conditions, including tight urban sites, occupied buildings, demolition, and phased construction environments.
Each design is tailored to the specific project requirements, incorporating appropriate load paths, foundation and bearing conditions, tie-in strategies, and structural framing modifications where needed. This includes, custom configurations and parts, including needle beams, as required for irregular facades, heavy loading conditions, cantilevered sections, and interference with existing structure.

Suspended
Scaffold
Suspended scaffold systems are a key part of our temporary works engineering services, providing safe and efficient access where supported scaffold is not feasible. Our team develops engineered solutions that address complex building geometries, height constraints, roof limitations, and demanding site conditions commonly found in New York City.
We design a full range of suspended access systems, including typical suspended scaffolds, monorail systems, project specific custom solutions. We have extensive experience in the design of various components required for suspended scaffold and monorail systems.
We collaborate closely with contractors, to ensure all systems are practical to install, properly coordinated with the existing structure, and suitable for field conditions. From early-stage planning and load analysis to construction support, we provide responsive and detail-focused engineering throughout lifecycle of the project.

Custom Part Design
& Fabrication Drawings
Design and detailing for individual custom parts — brackets, connections, fixtures, and one-off components — built to work within whatever project they're going into.
Not every job needs a full structure or product. Sometimes it's one part that has to fit, hold, or perform correctly, and nothing else. We design it, calculate it, and hand off fabrication-ready drawings a shop can build from directly, for use across construction, temporary structures, or product development.
